This season’s latest new arrivals for AW16 sees the return of the ever popular Spanish label Lois to Stuarts London. Started in Valencia, by the Saez Merino brothers in 1962, the brand has spent the past 54 years making high-quality denim garments to meet the need of the many. It can forever be symbolized as a Terrace Lads favorite, with a classic 80’s look book matching a pair of Lois jeans with Fila Vintage Roll Neck and a pair of Adidas Originals Gazelles. Over the past couple of years, Lois has undergone a facelift that has seen it keep its alternative streetwear style and its attitude, staying true to our roots Stuarts London brings back he denim jeans , from the yesteryears that we all once fell in love with.
Once worn by Bjorn Borg, Johan Cruyff and James Hunt, this season’s collection sees a handful of models arrive, all boasting typical Lois swagger. Both of the brand’s flagship denim models making an entrance at Stuarts, the label that is already a wardrobe staple in mainland Europe can surely become one of yours over the next couple of months.
The Lois Regular Fit Model-‘The Terrace’
The Terrace is Lois’s Regular Fit Denim which features an everyday tapering from the knee to the lower leg. Available in a Dark Stone & One Wash denim colours, this jean contains all of the classic Lois details including the all important 5 pockets, a small Lois branded tab on the back pocket as well the Lois label stitched on the small front pocket. For anyone looking for a good, quality, modern day fitting pair of jeans with a slightly tapered bottom these are a new release must have in your wardrobe.
The Lois Slim Fit Model-‘Sky’
Sky, is Lois’s Slim Fit Jean, that matches the brand’s classic styling with an on trend look for AW16. Like any quality Jean, this model also contains 5 pockets design features with a small Lois tab on the back pocket, as well as being stitched on the tab of the small front pocket. Available online at Stuarts London in Bleach and Stone wash, and later from mid-November we bring back the mud have “Cords”. Although in the 80s the Jumbo cord was very popular, we wanted to introduce a new modern Lois cord , more wearable with today’s smart-wear.
